PURPOSE:To eliminate a hooking operation and to facilitate the transfer of a busy call, by receiving and discriminating both the special number and the subscriber number which are dialed by a calling subscriber to discriminate the idle or busy state of the subscriber and switching the connection set to the subscriber to the calling subscriber in the case of the busy mode. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber B wants to transfer a call to a subscriber A to another subscriber C while the subscriber A is talking with the subscriber B via an intra-office trunk IOT. In such case, the subscriber C has a call and dials the special number for call transfer in the busy mode and the number of the subscriber B after receiving a dial tone from an oscillating register trunk ORT which is connected via a route P3.
