Abstract
PURPOSE:To inrease pressing force of a friction plate and prevent its slip, by attracting a friction plate with an electromagnet, urging said friction plate always to one direction with an urging direction inversible belleville spring and providing a helical spline between a shaft part of the friction plate and a driven shaft. CONSTITUTION:A helical spline 21a is formed to the end part of a driven shaft 5, and fitted with a helical spline 21b formed to a shaft part 22 in the central part of a friction plate 11. While a belleville spring 29 is interposed between a front end stepped part 5c of the helical spline 21a in the driven shaft 5 and a sliding plate 23 through a spacer 28. This belleville spring 29 is applied with pressurization and arranged in such a manner that restoring force is generated for its internal edge part tending to move forward while external edge part tending to move rearward under a disengaging condition of a clutch, and the friction plate 11 is urged forward through a shaft 31 by said restoring force, and jointed to back side of the sliding plate 23.
