PURPOSE:To realize the mobile radio communication with high efficiency for a communication system in which plural mobile stations are connected to a control station via a radio base station and the control station is connected to a fixed station, by securing the common use of a control channel and limiting the communication between the fixed station and the mobile station. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 of a service area receives a call signal to be applied to a belonging fixed station from a mobile station 19 of a limited service area. Then a control circuit 100 of a control station 18 transmits the signal which designates one of the communication channels of an idle service area to the station 19 and performs the switching to a designated communication channel. A call signal is transmitted to a fixed station. When the fixed station has the calling, the call signal to be given to the station 19 is sent to the base stations 1-3 of the limited service area by the function of the circuit 100 along with the signal that gives the general call to the station 19.
