The signal KCD starts a timer circuit T1 and is transmitted to a discrimination circuit G4 via a gate G5. To another input terminal of the circuit G4, a memory M storing a key code at the previous depression is connected and the circuit G4 detects the coincidence/non-coincidence between the key code at present and the key code depressed previously. If the result is coincident, an output of the circuit 4 starts the 2nd timer circuit T2, and the signal KCD is continuously supplied to a CPU with a time interval of the timer T2 via the gates G3 and G1.
