Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide ready fabrication and fine appearance of the product by effectively combining a spray skin layer and a cloth member. CONSTITUTION:A door trim 1 consists of a shaped core 2, a foamed layer 3 which is bult up on one side of the core 2, and a surface film 4 which is piled on one surface of the foamed layer 3. The foamed layer 3 binds the surface film 4 and the core 2 so that the three are integrally formed. The surface film 4 consists of a patch 5 which is shaped in the considerably protruberant form in the middle thereof and a spray skin layer 6 which is so spread integrally with the patch 5 to enclose the entire periphery thereof. The patch 5 contains a cloth member 7 and a resin sheet 8 and the bonded body of them is trimmed and cut through the periphery thereof along the peripheral form of the patch 5. A fringe member 9 of a lace or so is fit around the periphery of the patch 5.
