CONSTITUTION: The clads stuck on the surface of the powdery ion exchange resins E discharged by backwashing of a condensate desalting filter of a boiling water type nuclear reactor is separated F by mixing a dispersant with the resin E slurry, and irradiating ultrasonic waves thereto. After the clads are removed, the resins are immersed in an electrolyte soln. having the intermediate specific gravity of both resins, for example, a low concn. aq. NaOH soln. and ultrasonic wsves are irradiated thereto to strip the powdery cation exchange resins C2 and the powdery anion exchange resins A2 are stuck to each other and to separate these. The resins C2 and A2 are regenerated respectively by H2SO4 and NaOH in separate regeneration stages H and I.
