Then, clamps 21a, 21b are moved forward by means of a cylinder 24, a cylinder 26 is operated likewise, to clamp lateral sides of the cabinet 28, simultaneously the end part other than the end part which is held by means of said holding metal fixture 6, is moved forward by a cylinder 20 and held by means of L-letter shaped corner holders 17 which are able to be revolved and moved up and down. In this condition, while said clamps 21a, 21b are moved rearward, the L- letter shaped corner holders 17 are moved ahead and upward. Thus, the cabinet 28 is capsized by 90 deg..
