Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain the specific resistance value required for the working fluid by introducing air into the electric spark working fluid being composed of organic compound aqua solution or emulsion solution and precipitating the generated chemical compound. CONSTITUTION:The electric spark working fluid being composed of organic compound aqua solution or emulsion solution working fluid reacts with cutting powder, generates ferrous ion and copper ion, which yield ferric-bicarbonate and copper-bicarbonate, and the specific resistance of the working fluid is reduced and the electric spark work is advensely effected. Now, when air is introduced into the working fluid, those substances are decomposed, ferric hydroxide and basic copper carbonate are yielded and deposite. Resultautly the specific resistance required for the working fluid can be maintained.
