CONSTITUTION:An electric conductor, e.g., salts, double salts, salt compounds, urea, etc., is impregnated into or applied on a support, e.g., paper synthetic paper, or resin film, and the volume resistivity value of the support is adjusted to 5X10<10>ohm.cm or less at 20 deg.C and 65% RH. Then, a heat-sensitive paint containing a colorless or light-color coloring substance and a developing substance is applied on the surface of the support and then dried to obtain a heat-sensitive recording sheet.
