Abstract

PURPOSE:To cover without confinement of air, by joining a tube seat which has openings and whose lower outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of a base body to the upper end of the cylindrical base body with part of the tube seat lower section being exposed, putting a cylindrical heat-shrinkable film on the base body and the tube seat, and allowing the heat-shrinkable film to shrink. CONSTITUTION:The base body 1 is joined to the tube seat 3. The outer diameter of the lower section of the tube seat 3 is smaller than the outer diameter of the base body 1. Since the lower section of the tube seat has the openings 2, the air that has been expelled between the base body and the heat-shrinkable film will be discharged through these openings. The heat-shrinkable film 4 is heated to shrink with it being put over the base body 1 and the tube seat 3. Accordingly, covering can be effected wherein air would not be confined between the base body and the heat-shrinkable film.
