The operating information of an RTA relay is transmitted to an RGT selected with the CC to change the state that the called party is busy. When the called party responds, the transmission of callout signal is stopped and the information that the called party responds to the CC is transferred. The CC connects the IOT and 2PTY reserved before. Further, the CC makes the RGT vacant to connect the SUB, IOT, and 2PTY. Afterwards, the control is the same as conventional intra-trunk mutual connection.
