Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the laser oscillation reliable under no mechanical and thermal influence by a method wherein the holder is tightened for fixing to compress the frame and the damper making use of a bar like material. CONSTITUTION:The end plates 10, 11 are arranged on the outside of the holders 14, 15 to pierce the inbars 3, 4, 4'. The inbars 3, 4, 4' are tightened to be fixed to the end plates. The tightening tension must be adjusted so that the elongation of the metal blocks 1, 2 and the like due to the thermal expansion thereof may be absorbed by the damper 6-9 and the like. The adjusting screw of the mirror holder 26 is driven into the left side end of the inbars 3, 4, 4' to fix the mirror holder 26, likewise the mirror holder 27 may be driven into the right side end.
