Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a setting action that is advantageous even to an alteration of the start conditions, by processing with a program and deciding the signal supplied from outside and used for the basis of the start conditions through an arithmetic part and controlling the output to be delivered to outside by the output of a storage element that stores the result of decision. CONSTITUTION:An output control FF6 is set by an arithmetic part 2, and an input/output interface part 3 can accept and store the signal to be used for the basis of the start conditions from outside. Thus the signal for the basis of the start conditions is also fetched into the part 2 to be used as a subject for the decision process of a control program. When a power supply is applied to a controller, the FF6 is reset and the result of operation of the part 2 is not held at the part 3. The FF 6 having a device address is not set until the signals of the basis of the start conditions are all fetched into the part 2 via the part 3. The result of operation is held at the part 3, and a device to be controlled is controlled based on the result of operation. Thus an external setting circuit is eliminated for the start conditions.
