Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain accurate flow rate with a stable rotation of an impeller by forming an L-shaped passage between an inflow port and an outflow port provided at the intermediate section of a body in the direction crossing the axis of the body. At the other end thereof on the axis of the body 1, namely on the extention of a first passage 5 forming one side of a letter of L in the passage 4 a chamber 7 having the same axis as the first passage is formed integral with the passage 4. This always stabilizes the rotation of an impeller 16 thereby obtaining an accurate flow rate.
