Abstract
PURPOSE:To cause no deflection of a tooth trace of a gear to be manufactured, even is case of heavy cutting, by deriving a difference of a moving extent command corresponding to rotation of a hob spindle, and an actual moving extent of a table, by subtracter, and outputting a correct moving extent command. CONSTITUTION:A table moving commad from a paper tape 12, and a pulse synchronizing with rotational frequency of a hob 13 from a pulse generator 14 are provided to a moving extent command output part 10, and a moving extent command from the output part 10 is supplied to a moving control part 24 for executing a driving control of a table shaft motor. A control signal from the control part 24 is supplied to an actual moving extent detecting circuit 26 of the output part 10 to which a pulse train from the generator 14 is provided. A moving extent detection signal from the circuit 26 is provided to a subtractor 28 to which a moving extent command of the output part 10 is supplied, and a correct moving extent command is outputted to an AND circuit 30 from the subtracter 28. To the circuit 30 is inputted a control signal from a correct extent command controlling circuit 32, so that a correct moving extent command is stopped when a hob in case when havy cutting is started and stopped does not synchronize with a table.
