Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an uneven wall thickness of a bottle product, by fixing a bottom part of a parison and treating it, narrowing a heating clearance, when preheating the parison in stretch-blow molding of a hot parison system. CONSTITUTION:A heating pot body 15 is elevated to a parison 12 fixed in a cavity 11, also a heating rod 16 is inserted into the parison 12 and a bottom part of the parison 12 is fixed between a heating bottom mold 14 of the heating pot body 15 and a tip part of the heating rod 16. Meanwhile, an apparatus is constituted so as a clearance between heating pot heaters 6-10, 6'-10' of the heating pot body 15 and the parison 12 and a clearance between the parison 12 and the heating rod 16 are made as narrow as possible (pref. below ca. 0.1mm.) and the parison 12 is reheated, then stretch-blow molded.
