Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform burning-off extraneous matter produced by heat rays at prescribed temperature regardless of ambient temperature by preparing in a mid-point adjusting circuit a variable adjusting resistance for mid-point electric potential grounded together with a transistor and by connecting a constant-voltage regulated power independently to permit the potential mid-point of which varies to be constant. CONSTITUTION:A mid-point potential adjusting circuit 9 has transister TR10, 11, resistances 12, 13 and an input terminal A, actuated by a constant-voltage regulating power 14 through a resistance 15 and connected to a mid-point potential adjusting resistance 16 that is a variable resistance. The output is connected a middle point C on the side of an adjusting resistance R2. In this bridge circuit, the value of a combined resistance between the heat rays resistance RH and a reference resistance RM is set at a valve remarkably smaller than the total summed valve of temp. compensation resistance RK, a reference resistance R1 and an adjusting resistance R2 therefore the most parts of the bridge current flow on the side of heat rays. Accordingly, the heat rays are heated, and the desired burning-off temperature is obtained. Through said process it is possible to prevent a change of a characteristic caused by overheat by heat rays thereby enabling accurate measurement of flow velocity for a long period.
