CONSTITUTION:A lens array 10 consisting of plural lneses 10a, 10b... formed in one body respectively, and a mask 11 for covering the part except these lenses, shading light and also executing a reducing operation is arranged in the parallel direction with a platen 1, between the platen 1 and a substrate 9, and on the substrate 9, at each image forming position by each lens 10a, 10b... of the lens array 10, a long one-dimensional sensor 12 independent at every lens is placed in a prescribed scanning direction.
