Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of setting position by a method wherein an orientation of the construction of a column is preset by the position setting devices arranged at the upper and lower part of the column.
CONSTITUTION: A position setting jig 6 is supported in a suppoting guide mechanism 5 with the supporting plate 52 being reversed in up-side down, each of the trucks 2, 3 and rotary table 4 is operated, and the upper position is set with a center point 6a of the jig 6 being coincided with the central axis of the column. A lower position setting jig is supported by a guide roller of a supporting guide cylinder, a center of the jig is located at a center 6a of the upper position setting jig 6 which is determined in advance. The side face of the column is guided by the supporting guide roller 51 of the upper position setting device and a guide roller of the lower position setting device, and the column is hung in the casing tube and then assembled and constructed.
