CONSTITUTION:An upper guide 22 provided with a chain passing port 24 is provided on a chain pipe 20 which guides an anchor elevating chain 14 of floating structure etc. and a slide piece 30 which can be moved horizontally by a hydraulic cylinder device 38 is provided in this upper guide 22. A flexible sealing closure member 34 is mounted on the tip of the slide piece 30 and the chain pipe opening section 24 is sealed together with the hooking of the anchor chain. The opening section can easily be sealed and opened as the anchor chain 24 is taken in and out.
