Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent generation of tails and to realize a quick atomization without disturbing sector spraying and without suppressing a spraying angle, by providing a jet port formed by expanding an air current cone-cylindrically in the front, on the circumference of a spraying port.
CONSTITUTION: Tapered guide surfaces 17, 18 are formed on the outside circumference of the holder tip and the inside circumferential surface of the outside frame, respectively, and an expanding guide type jet port 14 is constituted of both of them, so that an air current fed from the jet port 14 formed by a holder 10 fitted into a nozzle main body 5 and an outside frame 15 is formed in the cone-cylindrical shape expanding in the foreward direction. The air current can be formed in the long cone-cylindrical shape or in the hollow sector shape by limiting the guide surfaces 17, 18 to both ends of sector spraying, as well. Moreover, it is also possible to expand a spraying angle of the sector spraying by forming an inward guide passage directed to the plane part of the sector spraying, providing it on the adjacent part of the expanding guide passage so as to be in a right angle relation, and forming a hollow sector-like air current by said relation. Also, in order to further elevate flattening of the sector spraying, auxiliary jet holes 21, 21 can be provided slantingly inward.
