Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily and exactly perform the shape observation of ferromagnetic material powder and the measurement of grading distribution by obtaining the uniform dispersion condition of the ferromagnetic material powder in a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic material powder is heated at a temperature over Curie temperature to form paramagnetic material condition. The paramagnetic material powder is dispersed in a substrate under melting condition or softening condition. Next, the ferromagnetic material powder is uniformly dispersed in the substrate at a temperature below Curie temperature by solidifying or hardening the substrate. In this way, the shape observation of the ferromagnetic powder or the measurement of grading distribution can easily and exactly be performed.
