Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate chrominance signals with excellent color reproducibility, by increasing the S/N ratio of the chrominance signals and reducing a virtual signal, in a single tube color TV camera of a frequency separating system. CONSTITUTION:A video signal from a pickup tube 1 is preamplified at 2, and a Y signal is obtained from the output via an LPF3 and an R signal and a B signal are obtained by detecting 6, 7 each output of BPFs 4 and 5. Further, the Y and B signals are inputted to a matrix circuit 8 to obtain color difference signals R-Y and B-Y, they are given to a modulator 9 and modulated at a subcarrier signal. The output from the modulator 9 is delayed 11 by 1H, and a delayed chrominance signal to be modulated and the output from the modulator 9 are inputted to a differential amplifier 12 for amplification. The output and the Y signal from the circuit 8 are inputted to a mixer 10 and mixed with a composite tuning signal inputted from a terminal 13 and outputted as a composite video signal.
