PURPOSE:To equalize each display denier and prevent rubber exfoliation, by arranging twist ratio of cords between internal, external layer and intermediate layer, gap ratio of cords in an intermediate layer ply group, gap ratio of cords between laminated layer plies and ratio of gap ratios between internal, external layer and the intermediate layer to a specific value. CONSTITUTION:A carcass 1 is constituted by external layer, intermediate layer, internal layer ply groups to equalize each display denier and arrange a number of cord twists in external and internal layers 1.1-1.5 times the number of twists in an intermediate layer. Gap ratio A of cord in the same ply 6 or 7 in the intermediate layer is set to 0.5-1.5 and gap ratio B of cord between laminated layer plies 6 and 7 is set to 0.2-1.0, simultaneously cord gap ratio A in the same ply, forming external and internal layers, and cord gap ratio, between laminated layer plies, are set to 1.2-3.0 and 1.0-2.5 respectively for that of the intermediate layer. In this way, a rubber amount between cords is increased to reduce concentration of shearing stress, and exfoliation of rubber can be prevented.
