Abstract

PURPOSE:To exactly stop the action of an injection plunger on the completion of charging process by using a system in which plural return pipelines for working oil used during the injection process are provided in an oil-pressure plunger operating an injection plunger. CONSTITUTION:A small-diameter return port 6 and a large-diameter return port 7 are provided in the working oil return side chamber 3a of an oil pressure cylinder 3. When the working oil acts on a charging side oil chamber 3b, and oil- pressure plunger 4 advances, and the charging of material is finished, the oil- pressure plunger 4 serves to close the large-diameter return port 7. During the charging period, the working oil goes back through the large-diameter return port 7, and also after the completion of charging, the working oil goes back through the small-diameter return port 6, so that the reduction of speed can be abruptly made and the inertia of the injection plunger 2 can be absorbed.
