Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the agitation of an improving agent, by a method wherein a switching valve body is located in an auger head of an auger shaft provided with a single implanting conduit, and a position of a jet nozzle for a ground improving agent is switched corresponding to processes to insert and pull off the shaft. CONSTITUTION:An auger shaft 1 is inserted into a ground through turning of it, a lower shaft part 4 is lowered relatively against an outer tube 6, a valve body 14 is positioned at the inside of a large-sized pipe path part 2' through movement of a cylindrical object 16 and the valve body 14, and a perforation 5 in a lower shaft part 4 is closed with an outer tube wall. If, with this, high-pressure water or an improving agent is fed by pressure to an implanting conduit path 2, it is jetted through an aperture 21 in an auger head 12. If the shaft 21 is raised after a ground is excavated to a given depth, an outer tube 6 restores back to an original position through the force of a spring 25, and the implanting conduit path 2 is closed with the valve body 14 to connect together the implanting conduit path 2 and the outer tube 6. With this, curing liquid is fed by pressure into an excavated hole 22 for injection to form a columnar pile body through agitation and mixture of the liquid by means of an agitating vane 10.
