Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a heat recovery with a greater heat insulation by arranging a water-cooled construction for a partition section forming a fluidized bed in a multilayer fluidized bed apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In the main unit 1, an inner cylinder 12 is located almost on the coaxial core thereof while an intermediate cylinder 13 is arranged thereoutside. In a multilayer fluidized bed apparatus of such an arrangement, the wall surface of the inner cylinder 12 is provided with a water tube 31 and an interposed plate while in such a manner that only the water tube 31 is arranged in a space at the top of the fluidized bed. The water tube 31 is fed with water from outside. Thus, when the apparatus is operated supplying water to the cylinder 12 and the intermediate cylinder 11, heat transmission can be checked between the two fluidized beds thereby enabling effective utilization of heat with a partial recovery thereof.
