Abstract

PURPOSE: To pack and to perserve raw meat safely, by putting raw meat in a container impermeable to gases, preserving the raw meat with keeping oxygen in high concentration in the container, making small holes in the container so that the open air is introduced into it.
CONSTITUTION: The raw meat 2 is put in the container 1 consisting of a sheet of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide,etc. or a sheet obtained by laminating polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. on the film, the oxygen concentration in the container is made 60vol% to keep the raw meat blight red, and the cover 12 is put on the container, which is sealed hermetically.
