Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase thermal deformation temps. and to improve workability in the production of a conductive disc type recording carrier by using a copolymer resin consisting of 99.5-96wt.% PVC and 0.5-4wt.% ethylene as a constituting resin. CONSTITUTION:A PVC-ethylene copolymer contg. 0.5-4wt.% ethylene is used as a disc constituting resin, whereby the production of a conductive disc type recording carrier of superior workability and high thermal deformation temps. is made possible. Carbon black particles are preferable as conductive fine particles to be mixed with the PVC-ethylene copolymer resin, in terms of conductivity, workability and cost. For the amt. of addition of the carbon black as the conductive particles, it is necessary that said carbon is contained at 10-30 pts. wt. in 100 pts.wt. the disc compsn.
