Abstract

A heat emitting area is small and the amount of the heat emission may be controlled upon the kick-off of the heating body or the like, therefore, the speed of temperature rise upon the kick-off of the same is high. When the temperature of the heating body is risen, the heat emitting fin 2 is stood up by the effect of the spring 5 and thereby increasing the heat emitting area and the amount of the heat emission also.
