PURPOSE:To enable use at high speed rotation by alternately combining a circular seal plate and a spacer and pressing them to contact in an axial direction by means of a wave washer and furthermore by providing a space between a housing, which is larger than a space between an axis. CONSTITUTION:A seal plate 2 and a spacer 3 are both made of metal and are made circular. The outer diameter of the spacer 3 is not larger than the outer diameter of the seal plate 2, while the inside diameter of the spacer 3 is larger than that of the seal plate 2. Such seal plate 2 and spacer 3 are alternately combined and a space (P) between the seal plate 2 and a rotating axis 1 is kept as small as pssible. On the other hand, a space (Q), which is larger than the space (P), is provided radially between the seal plate 2 and a bearing seal housing 5. The aforementioned wave washer 4 prevents the seal plate 2 and the spacer f3 from rotating together with the rotating axis 1 by placing a proper axial load on the seal plate 2 and the spacer 3.
