PURPOSE:To perform smooth running on a wet paddy and road, in a wet paddy tire wheel mainly equipped to a mobile farm machine of walking type, by arranging internal pressure of a rubber tire almost equal to pressure of the outside air, flatly folding the rubber tire under a specific condition and spreading its contacted area to the ground. CONSTITUTION:A tire wheel 5, used for binders of walking type in a wet paddy, is constituted by fitting a rubber tire 5B with a lug to a rim 5A, simultaneously there are formed respectively hollowed grooves 5a, formed along the radial direction, to peripherally plural places in the ground side corner part of the tire B and plural annular grooves 5b concentrically in the vicinity of a fitting part similarly in the rim 5A, and internal pressure is arranged to adequate pressure almost equal to pressure of the outside air to obtain a low pressure tire wheel.
