CONSTITUTION:The output of the vibration sensors 11A-11K as rotary machines is read successively to a waveform memory 14 by means of the scanner 13. The computer 15 is connected to the waveform memory 14, and a check routine as to whether or not vibration level data are at an alarm level or higher, a check routine as to wheter or not there is abnormality in a detecting system and the alarm routine of the generation of the collecting alarm of data, the display of a monitorist, etc. in the case when there happens an abnormal channel are executed. At abnormality, the waveform is continuously recorded and filed while an alarm is given, and necessary data are displayed through the operation of a keyboard 21 by an operator. Accordingly, data can easily be analyzed even when the rotary machines are stopped.
