The computer 15 is connected to the waveform memory 14, and a check routine as to whether or not vibration level data are at an alarm level or higher, a check routine as to wheter or not there is abnormality in a detecting system and the alarm routine of the generation of the collecting alarm of data, the display of a monitorist, etc. in the case when there happens an abnormal channel are executed.
