Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The powder of original materials, e.g. PbO, TiO2, SrCO3, Fe2O3 is weighed in required amounts for mixing to obtain a ceramic composition expressed in a general formula by pressure molding for sintering. Then, values of x, y should be in the range of 0.03<=x<=0.40, 0.003<=y<=0.08. Thus, a matter with sufficiently low dielectric constant is obtained with no problem of the decrease of input-output impedence as the high frequency element. Besides, piezoelectric property is high with good temperature characteristic for a matter appropriate for the use as an ultra sonic vibrator, etc.
