Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a low noise and high transmission torque gear and to eliminate the erroneous disposition of the gear by forming respective integral gears in the same shape when a plurality of integral gears formed integrally with pinions are associated and employing different materials and colors. CONSTITUTION:When gears 5, 7, 8 and pinions 5', 7', 8' are respectively molded integrally with resin to form integral gears and the integral gears are associated to manufacture a torque transmission mechanism, the gears 5, 7, 8 are formed in the same shape, and different materials and colors are employed. It is preferred that the materials of the gears are relatively soft material for the gear 5 at the low torque transmission side and highly hard material for the gear 8 at the high torque transmission side. In this manner, noise can be reduced by employing the soft material, and since the colors of the gears are different, the sequence of the gears can be clearly distinguished.
