Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a variation of hue, which is caused by temperature drift, by forming a synchronizing signal in the form of a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:In a PROM 10 are stored encoded data of breaking and rise waveforms of a synchronizing signal. In a PROM 16 is stored an encoded data of a chrominance subcarrier waveform. In a PROM 22 is stored an encoded data of a burst flag waveform. A PROM 18 has multiplying function for obtaining a burst signal by multiplying signals from the PROM 16 and the PROM 22, and a multiplied data is stored in the PROM 18. A data stored in the PROM 10 and a multiplied data stored in the PROM 18 are added by an adder 11, and its output is provided as a black burst data B-B to a decoding device of an encoded video signal through a latching circuit 24. In this decoding device, said black burst data is added to a video signal which has been encoded and has been brought to various processings, which is D/A converted and is led out as an analog color video signal.
