In this case, the conveyor 2 with a top roller advances in the downward direction, suppressing self-running of the round steel bar 7 by operation of the top roller 3, and the slat conveyor 1 rotating in the same direction as the conveyor 2 with the top roller forcibly rotates the round steel bar 7.
