CONSTITUTION:When an optical disc 13 is set to an optical disc device 10 and instruction of information recording is made from a keyboard 5, a motor control section 21 drives a motor 14 with a signal from a controller 3' and turns the optical disc 13. Simultaneously, an FF circuit 19 is set and a magnetic driver 20 excites a magnet 17 and a lock member 16 is mated to a hole 12a of a cover 12. The cover 12 is not opened and picture information is filed to the optical disc 13. The index information stored in an RAM6 is filed and when it is finished, the motor 14 is stopped with a signal from the controller 3', the FF19 is reset, a lock member 16 is unlatched from the hole 12a and the lock of the cover 12 is released. Thus, mis-recording can be prevented.
