Abstract

PURPOSE:To widen the band of an electronic tuning type circulator by connecting a matching circuit, which includes a variable capacity semiconductor element, to all terminals. CONSTITUTION:A matching circuit Z consists of, for example, variable capacity semiconductor elements VC1 and VC2, a high frequency capacitor C, and a high frequency choke coil RFC. This matching circuit Z is connected to all terminals of a circulator, which is provided between an FM antenna and an FM receiver. The diodes VC1 and VC2 are applied with interlocking DC control voltages for controlling a voltage-controlled oscillator used for the FM receiver. Consequently, the circulator and voltage control type oscillator interlock, so the circulator covers the entire FM broadcasting band.
