CONSTITUTION:A frequency deviation display function is turned on with operation of a switch 3, a frequency deviation arithmetic part 1 stores the frequency of the output signal of an oscillating part 2 in the form of a reference frequency. Then the deviation frequency between the frequency obtained at a moment it is counted by a frequency counter and the reference frequency is calculated to be displayed at a display part 4 in a floating decimal point system. When the deviation display function is turned off by the switch 3, the absolute value frequency is displayed at the part 4. On the other hand, the pulse is supplied to a reset terminal R of a resetting circuit 8 from a trigger circuit 7 by switching of a frequency band changeover switch 6 of the part 2. Then the frequency deviation display function is turned off, and the absolute value frequency is displayed.
