Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the blowoff air from hitting human bodies directly by a method wherein the blowoff direction is rendered to be changed toward the direction, in which no dweller exists, by detecting the direction, in which the dwellers exist. CONSTITUTION:When the dweller exists in front of the air conditioning equipment main body 3 during the heating operation, a detecting device 5 actuates so as to angularly change a vertical vane to the right of the main body 3 so that the blowoff air does not hit the dweller. Furthermore, when the dwellers exist in front and at the right of the main body 3, detecting devices 4 and 5 actuate so as to angularly change the vertical vane to the left of the main body 3 so that the blowoff air does hit neither of the dwellers. Stillmore, when the dwellers exist in front, at the right and at the left of the main body 3, detecting devices 4-6 actuate so as to stand the horizontal vane vertically, that is to let a blowoff port wide open for the blowoff air to flow vertically so that the blowoff air does not hit the dwellers directly either.
