CONSTITUTION:Gears 3, 4 are rotatably mounted to both ends of a cutter main unit 1, and the gear 3 is meshed to a driving gear 10 and rotatively driven by a main spindle 14. An endless chain 2 is meshed to these gears 3, 4, and cutting edges 20 are protrusively mounted to the peripheral surface of said endless chain 2. When a work is machined, the chain 2 is driven to machine the work at the lower end side of the cutter main unit 1. In this way, an internal diameter of a deep cut part and end face can be machined without interference with the work.
