PURPOSE:To eliminate an action delay of a pump by providing a control valve controlling means which lowers the pressure of a main circuit on the high pressure in response to an operation signal so as to make the control valve return when an accelaration operation in action is transferred to a deceleration operation. CONSTITUTION:When an operation lever 10A is returned to a neutral position during an acceleration operation, a pilot pressure signal of a pilot valve 11A is made 0 and a servo valve 6 is moved to a transfer position 6B, then the pressure of a pressure acceptance section 15a of a transfer valve 15 is immediately discharged into a tank 12. On the other hand, since the discarge of the pressure of a pressure acceptance section 15b to the tank 12 is delayed due to a pressure accumulator 19 and a throttle 20, the transfer valve 15 is transferred to a transfer position 15B. Then, the presure of main circuit A or B introduced to a control valve 8 as a transfer pressure is lowered to the tank pressure and the control valve 8 resumes a return position 8B, thus a control actuator 5 moves a thrust volume variable mechanism 4 to the neutral at the miximum action speed.
