Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly apply an offset preventive liquid, by making a high polymer resin member adhere onto an applying means by use of a substance having heat resistance, oil resistance and an adhesive property, at a temperature being lower than a melting point of said high polymer resin member. CONSTITUTION:An offset preventive liquid feed device A is provided with a vessel 8, and a thin layer 13 whose main component is a substance having heat resistance, oil resistance and an adhesive property, for instance, that which has combined a fluorine compound, a polyimide compound, a silicone compound and an epoxy compound is applied on the inside surface area to which a film 5 of the vessel 8 contacts. Subsequently, to this thin layer 13, an oil control film 5 press-contacts, and is made to adhere by heating and pressing a temperature being lower than a melting point of ethylene tetrafluoride resin. This method executes its adhesion at a temperature being much lower than a melting point of said film, therefore, it is effective for preventing crush of a fine hole and deformation of a film, and an offset preventive liquid can be applied uniformly on an applying means such as a roller 2, etc.
