Abstract
PURPOSE:To peel a separator and to supply an extremely thin film in time of the secondary processing by stretching or rolling an extruding multilayer film having two layers of thermoplastic resin free from thermal weldability and these two layers are laminated so that they can be delaminated. CONSTITUTION:Coextruding multilayer film or extruding lamination multilayer film having the 1st thermoplastic resin layer capable of stretching and rolling and the 2nd thermoplastic resin layer capable of stretching and rolling which does not conduct thermal welding into this 1st resin layer is stretched and/or rolled uniaxially or biaxially and a separator film made of the 2nd resin layer is laminated on an extremely thin film made of the 1st resin layer so that they can be delaminated. Regarding the elongation of above said original film these are indicated lengthwise or breadthwise uniaxial stretching, instantaneous lengthwise-breadthwise biaxial stretching, progressive biaxial stretching, lengthwise uniaxial or crosswise biaxial rolling and these conbinations. The best elongation method is selected according to uses of the extremely thin film obtained.
