Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate interference between a coil and a head supporting part by attaching a swing arm to an end face on which a tape holder, etc., are mounted, for changing a tape winding-off position so that the tape winding-off position may be gently changed. CONSTITUTION:A tape 6 led from a tape holder 7 to a guide roller 8, is fed into a swing arm device 20 for changing a tape winding-off position by way of a brake device 5. The tape 6 fed into the swing arm device 20 which has been already adjusted to the winding-off position, changes its directin by being guided by guide rollers 24 and reachs a rotary roller 29 by which it further changes its direction so that the surface alignment between the winding-off position and a surface to be wound is conducted, thereby the tape 6 is smoothly wound around a coil 3. The winding-off position is changed, longitudinally of the coil 3, by the rotary motion of the coil 3, so that the winding-off position is advanced from a head 2 for preventing the head from coming into collision with the coil 3.
