Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed loads at fixed intervals by providing a stopper and a plurality of short conveyors at the entrance of a high-speed conveyor and controllling them successively for driving. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor is constructed of a high-speed belt 1a, conveyors 1b and 2a of an equal speed with the above, and low-speed conveyors 2b and 3; among them, conveyors 2a and 2b are operated as the first and the second control units, and a stopper 4 is provided between conveyors 1a and 1b. After loads 6a-6d are temporarily stopped by the stopper 4, conveyors 1a and 1b are driven and 2a and 2b are stopped for sending out the load 6a. Then, the next loads 6b is temporarily stopped and sent out after a fixed time. This construction permits to prevent loads from collision on the conveyor 1a and other accidents.
