Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the production yield of the fluorescent lamp, by measuring the inner pressure of a ring burner thereby detecting the abnormality such as the choking of the flame port of a ring burner in the early time. CONSTITUTION:At the thermal encapsulating position, a bulb 14 and a stem 9 are encapsulated by the flame through a flame port 16 to be produced when the burning gas is burnt by a ring burner 7. When a encapsulating head 2 passed through said position will reach to the inner pressure measuring position, the compressed air is fed through a piping 11 to the ring burner 7 and ejected through the flame port 16 of the ring burner 7. The pressure in the piping 11 is measured by a sensor 12 and collected in a data logger 17 then the inner pressure for every rotation is compared to detect the abnormality of the ring burner 7 such as the choking of the flame port 16.
