CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical compressing part 45 surrounding a mold device 23 is made up of an upper compressing part 47 and a lower compressing part 48. The compressing parts 47 and 48 are closed through a sealing member near the joint between an upper mold element 21 and a lower mold element 22. An opening and closing device 26 for the mold device 23 is provided independently of compressors 55 which are provided with equal arrangement on the periphery of the cylindrical compressing part 45.
