Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a treating quantity of air containing dust, by sucking the dust produced in a screen classifier into a dryer.
CONSTITUTION: A dryer 1 for drying consists of a rotary drum 2 and a hot air generating device 3. A screen classifier 6 is constituted of a classifying screen 7 and a hot pin 8. Further, a dust collecting device 17 is constituted of a cyclone 9, a bag filter 10, and an exhaust blower. Dusts produced in the classifier 6 are sucked into a small-sized cyclone 20 by a blower 3B, and a part of the dusts together with sucked air are introduced to the downstream side of air flow of the device 3 and are joined with air sucked from outside to be heated by a burner 3A thereby forming the air for drying.
